Marhaban Ya Ramadan with Spicy Stuffed Tofu 😋

Hello bloggeria!!! So I have a new calling for my friends who read my blog. Instead of bloggerbro and bloggersister I will call you guys bloggeria means blogger ceria means happy blogger.

Today I will share another recipe “How to make tahu isi pedas a.k.a gehu pedas a.k.a spicy stuffed tofu”. Btw this month is Ramadan yeay! Marhaban Ya Ramadan bloggeria. How’s going? Still, fasting? Haha. Skip and Next >>>

Tools:

  • Ulekan or blender
  • Frying pan
  • Big bowl
  • Spoon

The main ingredients:

  • Tofu
  • Shredded carrot
  • Bean sprouts

Grinded material:

  • ½ Tbsp coriander
  • ½ Tsp salt
  • Garlic 3 cloves

Other materials:

  • 10 Tbsp flour
  • Spring onion
  • Chili (additional ingredients)
  • Water
  • Cooking oil

Directions:

  1. Prepared ulekan or blender for grinded ingredients
  2. Cut the carrot into small pieces
  3. Cut the spring onion
  4. Add flour and all the grinded materials
  5. Mix the flour with 300 ml of water
  6. Cut the tofu into two parts but not to the end of the tofu
  7. Put the bean sprouts and carrots into the tofu
  8. Then put it into the mixed flour
  9. After that fry the stuffed tofu
