So in my spare time I decided to make something I've never done before.The something was food and the name was bala-bala or mixed vegetables fritter and I was very proud because my bala-bala taste and looks like the ones sold by the roadside. So today I want to share a recipe on how to make bala-bala aka bakwan aka mixed vegetables fritter. Btw I also got the recipe from google. So here we go!!!
- Ulekan or blender
- Frying pan
- Big bowl
- Spoon
- ½ Table spoon (Tbsp) coriander
- ½ Tbsp pepper
- ½ Tbsp salt
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 10 Tbsp flour
- 3 pieces of spring onion
- 3 chili (additional ingredients)
- 300 ml water
- Cooking oil
- shredded carrot
- chopped cabbage
- Prepared ulekan or blender for grinded ingredients *(I recommend used ulekan)
- Cut the cabbage and carrots into small pieces
- cut the spring onion and chili into small pieces
- Add flour, and all the ingredients that have been cut
- Mix all ingredients
- Add 300 ml water while stirring *(pay attention the texture)
- Then fry all mixed ingredients
